Our objective is to create a secure, respectful, professional, transparent, and trustworthy environment where Customers and Professionals can interact with confidence while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and lawful conduct. 2 Guiding Principles
KarBandhu is built on the principles of professionalism, honesty, mutual respect, accountability, transparency, and lawful conduct. Every User is expected to communicate courteously and respectfully while interacting with Customers, Professionals, KarBandhu representatives, customer support personnel, technology partners, and any other person associated with the platform. Abusive language, threats, intimidation, harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, obscene or offensive content, personal attacks, defamatory statements, stalking, blackmail, coercion, or any behaviour that creates an unsafe or hostile environment is strictly prohibited.
3 Accuracy of Information
Every User shall provide only accurate, truthful, complete, and current information while registering on the Website, submitting service requests, uploading documents, completing forms, communicating with KarBandhu, or participating in any activity on the platform. Users shall not impersonate another individual, organization, government authority, business entity, or Professional, nor shall they create fake accounts, submit forged documents, provide misleading information, or misrepresent their qualifications, identity, authority, or relationship with any person or organization.
4 Lawful Use
Users shall use the Website solely for lawful purposes connected with the services offered by KarBandhu. The Website shall not be used for unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, tax evasion, money laundering, identity theft, document forgery, cybercrime, unauthorized financial activities, distribution of malicious software, phishing, hacking, or any activity prohibited under the laws of the Republic of India. KarBandhu reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website where such activities are identified or reasonably suspected.
5 Privacy & Confidentiality
Every User is expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other Users. Customers are expected to cooperate with assigned Professionals by providing accurate information, genuine documents, timely responses, and all necessary approvals required for the completion of the requested services. Likewise, Professionals are expected to provide services with integrity, competence, diligence, confidentiality, and respect while complying with applicable laws, professional standards, and the Professional Code of Conduct published by KarBandhu. Both Customers and Professionals are expected to communicate in good faith and work together towards the timely and successful completion of assignments.
7 Prohibited Content
Users shall not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is false, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, misleading, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other intellectual property or legal rights of any person is strictly prohibited. KarBandhu reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice and to take appropriate action against the responsible User.
8 Intellectual Property
Users shall respect the intellectual property rights of KarBandhu and third parties. Website content, software, logos, trademarks, service names, graphics, calculators, forms, templates, policy documents, articles, educational resources, databases, designs, and all other proprietary materials shall not be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse engineered, commercially exploited, distributed, or otherwise used without obtaining prior written permission from the rightful owner.
9 Platform Security
The Website, Customer Dashboard, Professional Dashboard, communication systems, APIs, software tools, databases, and digital infrastructure shall not be used in any manner that compromises security, stability, availability, or performance. Users shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, database, administrative system, confidential information, software code, server, network, or security mechanism. Users shall not misuse review systems, grievance mechanisms, social media platforms, or public forums to publish false allegations, defamatory statements, misleading reviews, confidential information, or malicious content intended to damage the reputation of KarBandhu, its Professionals, or other Users.
11 Circumvention Prohibited
Users shall not attempt to circumvent the legitimate operations of KarBandhu by inducing Customers or Professionals to bypass the platform, make unauthorized direct payments, avoid applicable service charges, misuse confidential business information, interfere with contractual relationships, or otherwise undermine the operational integrity of the Website. Any attempt to bypass the platform for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes may result in immediate termination of access and appropriate legal action.
12 Monitoring
KarBandhu reserves the right to monitor communications, account activities, uploaded documents, transaction history, website usage, and other interactions conducted through the Website for purposes including quality assurance, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, dispute resolution, legal compliance, operational improvement, and enforcement of Website policies. Such monitoring shall be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
13 Enforcement
Where KarBandhu determines, in its sole but reasonable discretion, that a User has violated these Community Guidelines, applicable laws, contractual obligations, or any other Website policy, KarBandhu reserves the right to issue warnings, request corrective action, remove content, suspend or restrict Website access, temporarily disable accounts, permanently terminate registrations, cancel pending service requests, refuse future services, report unlawful conduct to competent authorities, or take any other action considered reasonably necessary to protect the interests of KarBandhu, its Users, and the public.
14 Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless KarBandhu, its proprietors, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, representatives, consultants, technology partners, independent Professionals, successors, and assigns against any claims, proceedings, liabilities, penalties, damages, losses, expenses, or legal costs arising directly or indirectly from the User's violation of these Community Guidelines, misuse of the Website, breach of applicable laws, infringement of third-party rights, submission of false information, or any negligent, fraudulent, or unlawful act committed by the User.
15 Policy Amendments
KarBandhu reserves the right to amend, modify, update, replace, supplement, or discontinue these Community Guidelines at any time in response to changes in applicable laws, judicial decisions, regulatory requirements, technological developments, business operations, Website functionality, or community standards. Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Website unless otherwise specified. 16 Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Community Guidelines is determined by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by KarBandhu to enforce any provision of these Community Guidelines shall not constitute a waiver of any legal right or remedy available under applicable law.
17 Governing Law
These Community Guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, controversy, action, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Community Guidelines, the use of the Website, or any services provided through KarBandhu shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Every User irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and expressly waives any objection relating to territorial jurisdiction, venue, or forum convenience.
