Every person using the KarBandhu platform contributes to the quality of our community. By using our website or services, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Respect for Others
Every member of the KarBandhu community must communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, abusive language, discrimination, hate speech, bullying, or personal attacks are strictly prohibited. Differences of opinion should always be expressed politely and professionally.
Honest Information
Users must provide truthful and accurate information while creating accounts, submitting profiles, booking services, posting reviews, or communicating through the platform.
Fake identities, misleading profiles, forged documents, impersonation, or false claims are not permitted.
Professional Conduct
Professionals are expected to provide services honestly, maintain accurate profiles, honour confirmed bookings, communicate clearly with customers, and perform their work with reasonable skill and care.
Customers should communicate respectfully, provide accurate booking details, make payments responsibly, and cooperate throughout the service process.
Reviews and Ratings
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. Users must not post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive reviews.
Attempting to manipulate ratings, purchase fake reviews, threaten users for reviews, or offer incentives in exchange for positive feedback is prohibited.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of other users. Personal information obtained through KarBandhu should only be used for legitimate service-related communication.
Users must not publish, sell, share, or misuse another person’s personal information without their consent.
Prohibited Content
The following content is not allowed on KarBandhu:
- False or misleading information.
- Fraudulent advertisements.
- Illegal products or services.
- Hate speech or discriminatory content.
- Obscene, sexually explicit, or offensive material.
- Violent or threatening content.
- Spam or unsolicited promotional messages.
- Malware, viruses, or malicious software.
- Copyright-infringing material.
- Content that violates any applicable law.
KarBandhu reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice.
Fraud Prevention
Users must not engage in fraud, scams, identity theft, payment abuse, fake bookings, forged documents, unauthorized account access, or any activity intended to deceive or harm other users.
Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities.
Platform Security
Users must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the KarBandhu platform. This includes attempting to bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access to accounts, upload malicious software, perform automated attacks, or disrupt website functionality.
Reporting Violations
If you observe behaviour that violates these Community Guidelines, you are encouraged to report it through KarBandhu’s official support channels. Reports should include accurate information and, where possible, supporting evidence.
All reports will be reviewed fairly and confidentially.
Enforcement
Failure to comply with these Community Guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions:
- Warning or advisory notice.
- Removal of content.
- Temporary account restrictions.
- Suspension of account.
- Permanent account termination.
- Removal of professional verification.
- Legal action where applicable.
The severity of the action will depend on the nature and seriousness of the violation.
Changes to these Guidelines
KarBandhu may revise these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, operational requirements, or applicable laws. Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
